General – H&D Golf Carts provides golf cart sales, repairs, maintenance, and delivery services in Lake, Napa, Sonoma, and surrounding counties. These terms apply to all interactions with our business, whether online, by phone, or in person.
Quotes & Estimates – All repair and service quotes are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on actual time, materials, or parts required. You will be notified of any significant changes before we proceed.
Payment is due at the time of service or delivery unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved checks. Returned checks are subject to a service fee.
Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee based on your location. Rates are listed on our website. If your area is not listed, please contact us directly for a quote.
Cancellations & Rescheduling – Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a service. Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Warranty – We stand behind our work. Repairs performed by H&D Golf Carts are covered by a 30 day warranty. Parts are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be reported within the covered period.
Used Golf Carts – All used golf carts are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing. We inspect each cart prior to sale, but we recommend buyers ask questions and request any additional inspections as needed.
Limitation of Liability – H&D Golf Carts is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications made to any golf cart after service. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered or products sold.
Changes to These Terms – We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
